BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was arrested on Friday in connection to a fatal hit-and-run that occurred back in 2020, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
On May 12, 2020, at around 9:28 p.m., Bakersfield police officers responded to the intersection of Chester and California avenues for a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian crash, BPD said.
Officers found an adult male pedestrian who had suffered fatal injuries.
