BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile, Bella Richardson. The 14-year-old was last seen on May 23, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m. in the 1200 block of New Stine Road.
Richardson is considered at risk as this is her first time running away.
