Man accused of injuring driver at Bakersfield McDonald’s appears in court

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 19-year-old man accused of throwing a rock and injuring a driver at the downtown McDonald’s drive-thru made his first court appearance Tuesday.

A deputy public defender entered not guilty pleas on behalf of Quintin Tae Flight to charges of assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism. Court Commissioner Samantha Allen set bail at $105,000.
