BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man who pleaded no contest to all charges in connection to a crash that killed a pedestrian in late 2021 failed to show for sentencing Tuesday. A warrant has been issued for his arrest, prosecutors said.
Barry Alan Minor Jr., 45, was supposed to be in court at 8:30 a.m. for sentencing on charges of hit-and-run causing death and driving without a license and proof of insurance.
