BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The California Highway Patrol Bakersfield is holding their “Start Smart” class on June 3.
The no-cost class is aimed to educate new drivers on safety while driving, consequences of bad decisions behind the wheel and tips on how to avoid a crash.
