BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified the two men shot and killed on Flower Street as 37-year-old Anthony Victor Ochoa and 26-year-old Damien Joseph Bullard.
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office said on May 27, 2025, at around 9:40 p.m., deputies were called to Flower Street and Williams Street for a report of shots heard.
