Animal services searches for person who placed injured dog in Niles St dumpster

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Animal Services is looking to identify the person who was seen on surveillance video placing an injured dog in a dumpster in early May.

In the video, the person wrapped the dog in blankets before dumping her in the dumpster in the 3300 block of Niles Street.
