BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Sheriff’s Office requested the public’s help finding a 23-year-old man who went missing on Thursday.
Noah Lee Bivins, 23, was last seen at around 9 p.m. May 29 in the 6700 block of Halleluiah Street in Lamont, according to KCSO.
