BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman was sentenced to a year in jail and three years’ felony probation after pleading no contest to a fourth drunken driving conviction, according to court records.
Brittney Cheema, 25, was sentenced last week after pleading no contest to charges of drunken driving with three prior convictions and driving on a suspended license, records show.
Her latest arrest happened in February in southwest Bakersfield. She gave a breath sample which returned a 0.18% blood-alcohol level, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08%, according to a court filing…
