Walmart is adding an in-store, fast-casual hot dog restaurant, Wienerschnitzel, to six of its stores.
According to a press release, the retail giant plans on driving additional customers to its stores with this partnership. It will begin with Wienerschnitzel restaurants in six locations, each owned and operated by a local franchisee.
The restaurants are scheduled to open in stores in Puyallup, Washington; Alamogordo, New Mexico; Tempe, Arizona; Reno, Nevada; Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Bakersfield, California. They should be operational by fall…
