BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield police are attempting to locate a missing teenager, last seen near New Stine Road.
Isaiah Leshawn Duncan, 15, was last seen in the 1200 block of New Stine Road June 4, according to police.
Duncan was last seen around 7:30 a.m., and is considered at-risk due to being a first time runaway. Police described Duncan to be 5 feet, 7 inches tall and about 240 pounds.
