Man pleads no contest to injuring driver in McDonald’s drive-thru

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 19-year-old man who told police he was high on methamphetamine when he threw rocks at a vehicle in the drive-thru lane of a McDonald’s, injuring the driver, has pleaded no contest to a felony assault charge.

Quintin Tae Flight on Thursday pleaded no contest to assault with a deadly weapon and is scheduled to be sentenced next month, court records show.

Prosecutors say he’ll receive 16 months in custody and be ordered to pay restitution…
