Brandi Passante keeps looking for ‘Storage Wars’ treasures

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Some things in Brandi Passante’s life are very different these days and some remain the same. The Texas native who became the immediate darling of “Storage Wars” when it launched is no longer with her longtime bidding partner Jarrod Schulz. But she continues to look for the treasures in abandoned storage units.

New episodes of “Storage Wars” have just started airing at 9 p.m. Saturdays on the cable channel A&E. The episodes in this 16th season are now one-hour long but the premise remains the same – teams of bidders are on the hunt for valuable abandoned and repossessed storage units. With only a few moments to glimpse inside, they must decide whether they’ve spotted trash or treasure that they can turn into big profits.

Passante never dreamed that she still would be bidding on storage units after these many years…
