BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 27-year-old woman is facing felony charges after allegedly driving drunk and hitting a car parked on the shoulder of Highway 178, killing one occupant and injuring the other.
Hisa Ann Castillo pleaded not guilty this week to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and two counts of DUI causing injury, plus a misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license, according to court records.
