BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating an incident Thursday night in which a driver crashed in central Bakersfield following a pursuit, an official said. It happened just after 10:30 p.m. when a red vehicle crashed in the area of Rosedale Highway and Highway 99 near Buck Owens Boulevard.
