BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The California Highway Patrol is set to hold a “Start Smart” class for teenage drivers and their parents or guardians July 1.
The class is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and last for two hours at the CHP Bakersfield Office, located at 9855 Compagnoni St. in Bakersfield, according to officials.
