BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman accused of driving under the influence in a hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist in Wasco has pleaded no contest to a charge of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, according to court records.
Gabriela Aracely Garza entered the no contest plea Wednesday, and three other charges were dismissed, records show.
