BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County sheriff’s office is investigating the death of a man who was found in a shipping container.
The man’s grandson has been charged with murder.
The sheriff’s office says they found Norman Higginbotham’s body in the upper mountain regions of Tehachapi, just off of Banducci Road. 83-year-old Higginbotham was found burned, in a shipping container, suffering from multiple stab wounds on June 13 around 9:50 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene…
