BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The California Highway Patrol will have a statewide Holiday Enforcement Period (HEP) for the Independence Day holiday.
The enforcement period will begin at 6:01 p.m. Thursday, July 3, and continue through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, July 6.
