BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man arrested in connection to a deadly shooting on Interstate 5 has been charged with murder, according to court records.
Juan Humberto Loza is due in court Thursday afternoon to answer to charges of first-degree murder, shooting at an occupied motor vehicle, possession of a gun by a felon, altering a gun’s serial number, vehicle theft and resisting arrest.
