BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (FOX26) — The Bakersfield Police Department are looking for three at-risk missing kids
The three kids were last seen entering a black van in the 10000 block area of Arden Villa Drive at around 1:38 p.m. on Friday.
All of these kids are considered at risk because they are considered first-time runaways…
