BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two counts of murder have been filed against a man who authorities say drove drunk when he hit and fatally injured a pedestrian, then ran a red light and crashed into another vehicle, killing its driver.
Reginald Moland Jr. was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, hit and run, DUI causing injury and driving on a license suspended or revoked for DUI. His arraignment was scheduled Thursday afternoon but later postponed to Friday.
Court records show Moland, 30, has at least two prior DUI convictions. He’s currently in custody on no bail…
