A Lemoore family is heartbroken and desperate for answers after their loved one was killed in a hit-and-run crash nearly three weeks ago.
The victim, 37-year-old Pedro Rodriguez, was on his way to work when he was struck and left to die near Highway 43 and Garces Highway in Delano.
