BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Three people were arrested during the DUI and driver’s license checkpoint conducted on Friday, one accused of engaging in illegal marijuana sales, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
The checkpoint was held along with the DUI saturation patrol at Ming Avenue and Anita Lane, from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., according to police.
One driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, another driver was arrested for felony warrants and one other driver was arrested on suspicion of illegal marijuana sales, according to officials.
