Walmart assault suspect who was shot by police has been booked into jail

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman who was shot after allegedly trying to attack police officers with a knife outside a southwest Bakersfield Walmart has been booked into jail, according to inmate records.

Deashanay Holmes, 26, was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer and resisting arrest, records show. She’s being held on $110,000 bail and is due in court Friday.
