BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The U.S. Marshals task force is asking the public to help locate a parolee at large.
Richard Ruiz, 56, is wanted by marshals and has a criminal history that includes criminal threats, battery on an officer, robbery, grand theft and lewd acts with a child under 14-years-old.
