BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Deputies arrested 12 people and towed a vehicle during a joint operation with Flood Ministries and the Mobile Evaluation Team (MET), according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO). The operation was conducted in response to complaints from local businesses and community members.
