3 bound over for trial in Chandler Court fatal shooting

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A judge has ordered three men charged in connection with a shooting in southwest Bakersfield that killed one person and wounded four others to stand trial.

There’s enough evidence to proceed with the case against Christopher Nathaniel Kenney, 26, Tyrell Cheadle, 29, and Milo Lomar Sullivan Jr., 26, a judge determined Thursday following a dayslong preliminary hearing.

They’re charged with murder, four counts of attempted murder and other crimes in the September 2018 shooting that killed Jeremy Charles Littlejohn and wounded four others outside a garage on Chandler Court, south of Wilson Avenue and west of Wible Road.

Kenney later appeared in a rap video posted to YouTube that authorities say featured a reenactment of the shooting. His DNA was found on shell casings at the scene, according to court documents…
