Local non-profit to host candlelight vigil for Texas flood victims in Kern County

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — In light of the recovery process in Texas, a local non-profit organization is holding a candlelight vigil for the over 100 souls lost to the flooding in Texas on the Fourth of July.
