BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A chase unfolded in Bakersfield after authorities responded to reports of a reckless driver in the area of Olive Drive and Coffee Road on Sunday.
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office identified the driver as 40-year-old Fred White, who allegedly tried to force another vehicle off the road on July 20.
