BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The city of Bakersfield is expected to declare August as Valley Fever Awareness Month at its city council meeting on Wednesday, according to the agenda.
The proclamation is to be made to Scott Thygerson, the chief executive officer of Kern Medical, the agenda says.
