BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The city of Arvin is one step closer to making its zero-emission goal a reality, according to the Arvin City Council agenda.
The agenda for the city council meeting on Tuesday says the city adopted zero-emission technology for its public transit system early on and has completed 90% of the transition by 2025.
“The City of Arvin has been recognized throughout the State of California as a leader in transitioning to zero-emission technology,” the agenda says.
