Teen charged in deadly shooting on Lotus Lane learns his fate

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — One of two teens who admitted to committing murder in connection to a deadly shooting on Lotus Lane will remain in custody for at least seven years, and could be held until he turns 25, according to prosecutors.

Adrian Herron, 14 at the time of his arrest, has another hearing in juvenile court scheduled next month to determine what facility he’ll be sent to, prosecutors said.
