BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Library is entering the final week of its summer reading challenge, with registration open until Thursday, July 31.
Participants who sign up and either read 10 books or dedicate 10 hours to reading will be rewarded with a free book.
