BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 28-year-old man was sentenced to life in prison without parole for a deadly car-to-car shooting in central Bakersfield.
Kira Conerly-Burton II was sentenced last week in the death of Michael Rico Stubbs, 32. He was found guilty in June of first-degree murder and shooting at an occupied motor vehicle.
