Two men identified in fatal east Bakersfield crashes, suspect due in court next week

BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The two men killed in a series of crashes in east Bakersfield on June 21 have been identified.

Luis Alfredo Garcia Lopez, 29, of Bakersfield, was driving a vehicle that was struck by another driver. He died at the scene.
