Bakersfield police seek missing woman, 42, whose last phone call happened July 9

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department asked for the community’s help in locating a woman who went missing in early July.

Jessica Burgess, 42, was last spoken to over the phone July 9, according to officials. Burgess is considered at-risk due to this being her first time going missing.

Police described Burgess as being 5 feet, 4 inches and 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of the numbers “5150” on the back of her neck.
