BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Attorneys on Friday said they’re ready for trial in the case of a man accused of driving drunk and intentionally hitting another vehicle, fatally injuring longtime Arvin educator Larry Hallum.
Marque Qualls, 28, is set for trial Aug. 11 on charges of second-degree murder and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, among other offenses.
