BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was arrested after an hours long standoff in east Bakersfield near Morning Drive Wednesday evening.
Deputies with the Kern County Sheriff’s Office were flagged down near Morning Drive and Niles Street at about 3:30 p.m. for the report of a man and woman fighting.
