BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man who died in an off-road vehicle crash in Bakersfield has been identified by the Kern County Coroner’s Office.
Hector Javier De Leon-Saldana, a 32-year-old from Bell Gardens, was killed Sunday during an off-road vehicle wreck near Edison Road, north of Barbela Avenue, according to officials.
