BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A person was arrested for driving under the influence on Interstate 5 near the Tejon Outlets Saturday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP said officers first received reports of a car blocking northbound lanes of I5 around 2:55 p.m. Officers did not know if anyone was in the vehicle.
