BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The preliminary hearing for the man accused of drunk driving on July 4 last year, resulting in a pedestrian’s death, has been postponed to October.
William Largent, 34, is charged with second-degree murder, gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, DUI involving alcohol or drugs causing bodily injury and DUI with a blood alcohol level over 0.08%, according to Kern County Superior Court records.
