BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The woman who allegedly vandalized the United States flag at the entrance of Hart Park and threatened park rangers pleaded not guilty to charges on Monday.
Crystal Aguilar, 25, is charged with battery on a peace officer, vandalism and four felony counts of resisting arrest, according to court records. Aguilar faces several additional and elevated charges since she was first charged in February.
