Man pleads no contest to driving drunk in crash that killed bicyclist

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man accused of driving drunk in a hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist on South Union Avenue has pleaded no contest to three felonies, according to court records.

Caleb Nathaniel Rodriguez pleaded no contest Friday to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, hit-and-run causing death and assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury, records show.
