BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 32-year-old woman was sentenced to time served and one year on probation after pleading no contest to abducting her 2-year-old daughter and stealing a vehicle during a supervised visit, according to court records.
Karen Julizabeth Hernandez entered the no contest pleas to the misdemeanor charges last week, records show.
Police were told Hernandez took the girl and stole a vehicle during the Aug. 4 visit. An emergency alert was issued, and the two were found that evening. The child was unharmed…
