BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — As temperatures rise in Kern County, many residents may be tempted to stay indoors and skip their workouts. However, there are simple ways to maintain fitness, whether at the gym or at home.
Rachel Morse, a fitness trainer at Chuze Fitness in Bakersfield, shared some low-intensity workouts and emphasized the importance of listening to one’s body.
