BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man who pleaded no contest to murder and three other charges in an alleged drunken driving collision on Highway 65 that killed one person is now seeking to withdraw his pleas.
William Pederson, 56, pleaded no contest to all charges back in May, including second-degree murder, gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and two other counts related to DUI causing injury.
