BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX)— Residents of the Harmony Courts apartment complex in northwest Bakersfield are on edge following a series of vehicle burglaries.
According to Enrique Martinez, a security guard at the nearby shopping complex, individuals are reportedly stealing from the Ross Dress for Less store across the street and using the apartment complex as part of their escape route.
