A major drug bust in Kern County concluded on Wednesday with the seizure of 762 pounds of methamphetamine, authorities reported. The operation, led by the Kern County Sheriff’s Office and the Kern County High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force, took place at a rural property in North Edwards. Law enforcement agencies, including the LAPD Hollenbeck Narcotics Task Force and the Kern County District Attorney’s Office Investigations Unit, assisted in the execution of a search warrant at the site.
