Barricaded man arrested in laundromat after sheriff’s deputies deploy K9 unit

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 45-year-old felon and a woman were arrested by Kern County sheriff’s deputies after one suspect barricaded himself inside an abandoned Frazier Park laundromat.

At about 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Justin Beall was located by a sheriff’s deputy. After they tried to contact Beall he fled on foot, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.

Beall barricaded himself inside a laundromat in the 3500 block of Mt. Pinos Way and deputies deployed a K9 unit, following multiple ignored commands to exit the building, KCSO said.
